摘要
采用NMR、GPC及双检测器GPC等技术,研究了国产自由基聚合法生产的HTPB的微观结构。结果表明,不同批次的HTPB微观链节结构、相对分子质量分布等并无明显差异,而HTPB官能度分布差异明显,且HTPB官能度分布与推进剂力学性能密切相关,是影响推进剂力学性能的主要因素。
The microstructures of domestic HTPB prepared by free radical polymerization are investigated by several techniques such as NMR, GPC and GPC equipped with double detector. The research results indicate that though the micro chain structure and the molecular weight distribution of HTPB for different batches do not differ significantly, but their functionality distribution differ markedly. Furthermore, the functionality distribution greatly determines the mechanical properties of the resulted propellants and thus considered to be the main influencing factor.
