光学相干断层扫描技术评估帕金森病患者视网膜改变的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 帕金森病(PD)患者在黑质多巴胺能神经元变性丢失的同时,视网膜的多巴胺能神经元也同样受到影响,使视网膜的结构和功能发生改变。光学相干断层扫描(OCT)是一种近10年来发展迅速的生物组织活体成像技术,可以通过弱相干光干涉仪原理对人体组织进行显微结构断层成像。研究显示,通过OCT评估PD患者视网膜厚度变化可能对PD的早期诊断以及病情监测具有重要意义。文中就近年来OCT应用于PD诊断及评估中的研究进展进行介绍。 Dopaminergic neurons in the retina is also impacted when dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta degenerated in Parkinson's disease(PD). Optical coherence tomography(OCT) is a rapid-growing imaging technique for in vivo biological tissues in the past decade. OCT is based on low-coherence interferometry, and has cross-sectional imaging capabilities with micrometer resolution. The past works have proved that retina layer thickness measured by OCT shows particular utility in the diagnosis and progression of neurodegenerative diseases like PD. The progress of the application of OCT in PD was reviewed.
