摘要
目的 应用高效液相色谱法对托克芦丁的含量进行测定。方法Phenomenex硅胶柱:150×4.60mm,3μm,流动相:正丁醇二氯甲烷-甲醇-冰乙酸(50:50:2:5.2),流速:1ml·min-1,检测波长254nm,室温。结果 托克芦丁在0.02~0.08mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r-0.9999,RSD=0.72%(n=8),方法回收率为100.2%。结论 本法简便快速、定量准确、重现性好,适用于托克芦丁的生产过程和成品的质量监测。
OBJECTIVE A HPLC method for determination troxerutin was developed. METHODS The chromatography condition were. Phenomenex silicon columm, n-Butanol-dichoromethane-methanol-acetic acid glacial(50: 50: 2 : 5. 2)as mobile phase at 1. 0 ml ·min-1. Detection wavelength was 254nm. RESULTS A good linearity was shown within the concentration range of 0. 02-0. 08mg·mL-1(r=0. 9999). RSD was 0. 72%(n = 8). The recovery was 100. 2%. CONCLUSION The method is convenient, sensitive, accurate and reproducible.
