沙棘嫩枝全光雾插育苗试验 被引量:1

摘要 以沙棘优树当年生半木质化嫩枝梢部做插穗,粗砂粒做基质,用生根粉质量浓度为0.000 05 mg/L^0.000 1 mg/L的溶液处理0.5 h^1.0 h,进行全光雾插育苗,沙棘嫩枝扦插生根率平均在94.0%。从根的数量和生根部位来看,平均根数在1.5~5.7条之间;生根部位80%的根集中生发在距插穗下端2.0 cm之内;沙棘嫩枝扦插不同处理的平均根长在6.6 cm^16.8cm之间,最长根长在8.7 cm^18.6 cm之间,差异比较大。 Cutting with sea buckthorn plus tree semi lignified shoot tip,coarse sand as matrix,treats it for 0.5 h^1.0 h with a solution which mass concentration of rooting powder is 0.000 05 mg/L ~0.000 1 mg/L,carries out full-light-fog cuttage seedling,the average rooting rate of sea buckthorn shoots cuttings is 94%. From the number of roots and the rooting site,the average number of roots is between 1.5 and 5.7;the 80% roots of rooting site are concentrated in 2 cm from the bottom of the cuttings;the average root length of sea buckthorn shoots cuttings in different treatments is between 6.6 cm and16.8 cm,the longest root length is between 8.7 cm and 18.6 cm,the difference is large.
