摘要
从IT人才就业形势、学生创新创业思想等方面指出当前IT创新创业教育面临的问题,提出高校应采取调整培养方案、开展校企合作、建立校内校外实践基地、培养实践教师等措施进行IT创新创业型人才的培养,提高学生创新创业基本素质,引导学生从"从业者"向"创业者"转变。
This paper points out the current problems faced in IT innovation and entrepreneurship education from aspects of IT talent employment situation,students＇ innovative entrepreneurial ideas,puts forward the improvement measures that should be taken by colleges and universities for talent training of innovation and entrepreneurship,such as adjusting training scheme,establishing university-enterprise cooperation and the campus and off-campus practice bases,cultivating practice teachers. These measures can improve students＇ innovative quality and guide students to shift from practitioners to entrepreneurs.
