2017年首场暴雪天气的预报服务及思考

Forecast Service and Thinking of the First Snowstorm Weather in 2017

2017年2月20—22日,受强冷空气影响,山西省出现了大范围的强降雪、强降温天气。此次降雪过程预报准确,气象灾害预警发布及时,各级领导组织防范有力,各级气象部门预报服务积极跟进,没有造成严重的灾害。从暴雪过程的特点和成因、预报服务的组织落实、及时启动应急预案、加强决策气象服务针对性、努力提高气象服务覆盖面和部门联动等方面进行了分析总结,思考了暴雪预报服务中存在的问题,为今后的暴雪及其他灾害性天气的预报服务提供借鉴。

Affected by the strong cold front,Shanxi Province experienced a large-scale strong snowfall and strong decrease in temperature from February 20 to 22 in 2017. Due to the accurate forecast,timely warning and release of meteorological disasters,effective precautions organized by government leaders and actively meteorological service followup,this snowfall didn＇t cause severe disasters. To provide references for forecast service of snowstorm and other disastrous weather in the future,this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristic and cause of snowstorm process,the organization and implementation of forecast service,starting the emergency plan in time,strengthening the pertinence of decision meteorological service,improving the coverage of meteorological service and enhancing the joint cooperation of all departments,furthermore,considers the problems existing in the snowstorm forecast service.
