摘要
结合江苏杏鲍菇生产企业的栽培技术,详细介绍了工厂化生产袋栽杏鲍菇液体菌种的制作流程及杏鲍菇栽培中的应用技术,以期为袋栽杏鲍菇工厂化企业更好地实现固体菌种改液体菌种提供参考。
Combining the cultivation technology of Pleurotus eryngii manufacturing enterprise in Jiangsu Province,this paper introduces the manufacturing flow of Pleurotus eryngii liquid spawn in the industrialized bag cultivation and applied technology in the cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii,in order to provide some useful references for the Pleurotus eryngii cultivation factory enterprise to achieve the change from solid spawn to liquid spawn.
