Research and Illustration of Standard Literature Classification Rules

上世纪80年代后期,全国标准联合建库工作中起草了《标准文献分类规则》。2006年,科技部基础条件平台标准文献共享服务网络建设项目对原分类规范进行了整理、补充。随着标准文献分类实践,原规则存在的术语缺失、逻辑顺序不清晰、部分规则的定位与表述不清、规则有管理痕迹、个别事例不典型或者错误、跨产业标准的分类原则没有说明等问题越发显现出来。国家标准制定项目《标准文献分类规则》工作组针对标准文献分类需求重新起草了分类规则,充实了规范条款,调整了用例,形成了国家标准报批稿。主要内容包括:术语和定义、分类依据、分类的步骤、通用标准的分类、专用标准的分类、涉及几个主题内容的标准的分类、有特殊指引注释说明的标准的归类、集中列类标准的分类、跨产业产品标准的分类、产品的零部件,工艺,工装和试验方法与设备标准的分类、"部分","分册"等形式出版的标准的归类、标准的附录,补充件,修改单,勘误表的归类。

In the late 1980s, the Classification Rules for Standard Literature was drafted during the work of joint national standard library. In 2006, the Project for Basic Condition Platform and Standard Literature Sharing Service Network of Ministry of Science and Technology sorted out and complemented the original classification specification. With the practice of standard literature classification, the problems in the original rules are become more and more apparent, such as missing of terms, unclear logical consecution, unclear positioning and expression of some rules, traces of management, non-typical or wrong individual cases and no instructions of classification principles of cross-industry standards. The Working Group on the National Standard Developing Project Standard Literature Classification Rules has re-drafted the classification rules for the classification demands of standard literature, enriched the normative provisions, adjusted the use cases, and formed the national standard for approval. The main contents include： terms and definitions, classification basis, classification steps, classification of common standards, classification of special standards, classification of standards involving several subject contents, classification of standards with special guidelines and notes, classification of centralized and listed standards, classification of cross-industry product standards, classification of standards for product parts, process, tooling and test methods and equipment, classification of standards published in forms of ＂part＂, ＂volume＂, etc., and classification of appendix, supplement, modification and corrigenda.
