摘要
通过把标准起草人"请到课堂来"面对面授课,培训学员们"坐到课堂来"集中听课,面对面请教授课老师,学员之间互帮互学,评估全国病媒生物控制标准宣贯师资培训效果。通过对病媒生物控制专业人员在培训前后进行专项考核,对培训效果进行评估,培训前后评分结果差异有统计学意义。
The effect of national training on vector control standards is evaluated with the interaction between trainees and trainers and the mutual help among trainees in the face-to-face training given by standards drafters. This paper shows the statistical significance of the score difference before and after the training course through the pre-and post- testings for the professionals in vector control and the training effect evaluation.
