蒙古国标准化体系研究--“一带一路”沿线国家和地区技术性贸易措施与标准研究

Study on the Standardization and Standards Systems of Mongolia

蒙古国作为我国"一带一路"倡议实施的重要节点,其标准化工作对于发展中蒙经济贸易合作具有重要影响。本文通过研究蒙古国标准化体制、标准体系,详细阐述了蒙古国标准化管理机制,现行标准数量、性质及涵盖领域,标准化法律法规,标准制定及应用,标准化技术委员会等方面的内容。通过对蒙古国现有标准的分析,探讨了我国标准走出去到蒙古国的可能性和路径,并提出了需进一步解决的问题。

As one of the important partner countries of the Belt and Road Initiative, the standardization of Mongolia has great impact on the cooperation of China and Mongolia. The paper studies the standardization and standards systems of Mongolia, and elaborates its standardization management mechanism, the number, nature and fields of the standards, standardization laws, standards development and application, and technical committee for standardization of Mongolia. Based on the above research, the paper discusses the possibility and approach for Chinese standards to ＂go global＂ to Mongolia and proposes the issues which need to be further studied.
