标准化科研项目具有独特性、一次性、创新性的特点,GB/T19001质量管理体系标准为标准化科研项目各个阶段的质量管理提供了指南。在标准化科研项目质量管理中实施GB/T19001质量管理体系标准可以降低标准化科研项目产品质量时效性、相对性和不确定性带来的质量风险,提高科研管理的有效性。
Standardization scientific research projects have the characteristics of uniqueness, creativity and being one-off. GB/T 19001 quality management system standard provides guidelines for quality management at all stages of standardization scientific research projects. It can reduce the quality risk caused by the timeliness, relativity and uncertainty of the product quality of standardization scientific research projects and improve the effectiveness of scientific research management, which implements GB/T19001 quality management system standard in the quality management of standardization scientific research projects.
