摘要
由于构造复杂及沉积特征的多样性,胜利油田油气勘探开发进程受到了严重阻碍。原有的胜利油田钻井标准体系和测井质量标准体系以提高施工速度、规范操作程序为主,已不能够满足油公司体制下的需要。结合胜利油田开发需求和石油工程管理现状,对原钻井、测井标准体系进行了分类整理和优化,形成了胜利油田石油工程专业标准体系。新的胜利油田石油工程标准体系分为钻井和测井两大专业、460项标准,标准覆盖率达到95%。标准体系建立并实施1年来,新井钻井质量指标和投产效果均取得了明显提高。
With the complex structure and diverse sedimentary features, Shengli Oilfield's exploration and development process is seriously hindered. The original drilling standards system and logging quality standards system in Oilfield, which were set up mainly to enhance the construction speed and standardize operating procedures, have not been able to meet the needs of the oil company system. According to the development requirement in oilfield and the management situation of petroleum engineering, the former drilling and logging standards system were classified and optimized, eventually Petroleum Engineering standards system has been built up. The new standards system is divided into two majors: dilling and logging, which contains 460 standards and the standard coverage rate reaches 95%. A dramatic effect in the new drilling quality index and oil production have been obtained after one-year implementation of Petroleum Engineering standards system.
