标准是人类文明进步的成果,标准决定质量,只有高标准才有高质量。城市品质是城市精神品质和发展质量的统一,标准化是提升城市品质、打造城市品牌的重要手段。本文结合成都市积极采用国际一流标准,开展品质提升行动的创新实践,就以标准化提升城市品质的战略抉择、方向路径、实施重点进行分析研究,并探索提出以高标准构建城市竞争优势的对策建议。

Standards are the fruits of progress in human civilization. Standards determine quality, and only advanced standards can ensure high quality. The quality of the city is the unity of city spirit quality and development quality. Standardization is an important means to improve the quality of the city and build the city brand. Combined with the active adoption of international first-class standards and the innovation practice of quality improvement action in Chengdu, the paper analyses the strategic choice, direction path and implementation focus of the role of standardization in improving city, then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to build competitive advantages of a city with advanced standards.
