益气养阴通络方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察及其对胃黏膜TFF1表达的影响

Observation on Curative Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Fang(益气养阴通络方) in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis and Influences on Mucosa TFF1 Expression

目的:观察益气养阴通络方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效及其对血清胃蛋白酶原(PGI)、PGR及胃黏膜三叶因子(TFF1)表达的影响。方法:110例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各55例。对照组给与常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服益气养阴通络方,连续用药3个月后评定疗效。应用ELISA法检测治疗前后2组患者血清PGI、PGR;免疫组化法测定胃黏膜TFF1表达;SF-36量表评价生活质量。结果:观察组临床总有效率为94.6%,明显高于对照组的74.5%,胃镜疗效为85.5%,也显著优于对照组的67.3%,经数据处理均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清PGI、PGR及胃黏膜TFF1表达均明显升高,观察组效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后SF-36量表中生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、精神健康四项评分与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组各项评分均较治疗前提高明显,其中生理职能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、情感职能等项评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴通络方可显著提高慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效,升高血清PGI含量,增加PGR值,加强胃黏膜TFF1表达,改善生活质量。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG） treated with Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Fang and its influences on serum PG1,PGR and gastric mucosa TFF1 expression.Methods：110 Cases with CAG were selected to divide into observation and control groups,each with 55 cases.the control group was given Western medicine conventional therapy,observation group was given Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Fang on the basis of control,two groups were treated for 3 months,then the curative effect was evaluated.Serum PGI,PGII were determined by ELISA and counted PGR,mucosa TFF1 expression was determined by immunohistochemical technology,quality of life was assessed by SF-36 scale.Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 94.6%,that was higher than that of control（74.5%）,the effective rate of gastroscopy in observation group was 85.5%,that was better than that of control（67.3%）;the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.The content of serum PGI and PGR were significantly raised after treatment in the two groups,the effects of observation group were more significant（P〈 0.05）;mucosa TFF1 expression was increased in the two groups,the effect of observation group was more significant（P 〈0.05）;some of SF-36 scale score were raised in control,all were improved in observation group.Conclusion：Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Fang can raise the treatment effect of CAG,increase serum PGI content,enhance the expression of TFF1 in mucosa,improve quality of life.
