摘要
目的 测定羧甲司坦颗粒剂中羧甲司坦的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Hypersi C18(4.6×300mm,5μm);流动相:pH2.0磷酸盐缓冲液;流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:210nm;进样量:10μL;柱温:室温。结果 羧甲司坦进样量在2~20μg·ml-1范围内,线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.85%,RSD=0.4%(n=9)。结论 该法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,重现性好。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method HPLC for the determination of Carbocisteine in Carbocisteine Granules. METHODS The Chromatographic conditions included Hypersil C18 column((4. 6× 300mm,5μm) ;the mobile phase was phosphate buffer (pH2. 0); The UV detection wavelength was 210nm; the flow rate 1. 0ml. min-1and column temperature at room temperature; the injection volume was 10μL. RESULTS The calibration curve was good linear relationship in the range of 2-20μg·ml-1 (r= 1.0000). The recovery was99. 85% (RSD = 0. 4%,n=9) CONCLUSION The method is simple and rapid,the results is accurate and good reproducible.
