党的十九大作出了"中国特色社会主义进入了新时代"的重大政治论断。全面学习宣传贯彻党的十九大精神,必须深刻认识这一新论断的现实根据、伟大意义、历史由来和本质特征,深刻认识新时代我国社会主要矛盾的丰富内涵及其对党和国家事业提出的新要求。我国社会主要矛盾的变化,并没有改变我们对我国社会主义所处历史阶段的认识和判断,我国仍处于并将长期处于社会主义初级阶段的基本国情没有变,我国是世界最大发展中国家的国际地位没有变。

The nineteenth CPC national congress made a great political judgment that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. To comprehensively study,publicize and implement the spirit of the nineteenth CPC national congress,we must deeply understand the realistic basis,great significance,historical origin and inherent characteristics of this new judgment,and the rich connotation of the principal contradictions facing the Chinese society and their challenges to the cause of the party and the country. The change of the principal contradictions in China has not changed our understanding and judgment of the historical stage of socialism that China is at today. The basic fact remains the same that our country is still and will long remain in the primary stage of socialism and China's international status as the world's largest developing country has not changed.
