摘要
改变商品房社区业主行动的分散化和原子化,推进商品房社区共同体的形成,是当下商品房社区治理的重要任务。而完成这一任务的关键机制在于社区公共性的生产与建构。社交网媒的"去中心、开放性、自由化、易互动"的特点,能持续生产和建构虚拟化的社区公共空间。而虚拟化的社区公共空间与社区实体空间的交叉互动会不断地增强社区业主间的相互信任与群体归属感,推动社区由"陌生邻里"向"熟人社区"转变,进而实现社区共同体的形成及治理水平的提升。
It is an important task to govern the comercial residential communities by changing the decentralization and atomization of community homeowners' action and promoting the formation of community. The construction of community publicity is the key mechanism for accomplishing this task. The features of social media"non-centricity,openness,freedom,easily interacting",can continue to produce and construct a virtual public space in community. Meanwhile,the interaction between the virtual community space and real community space will enhance the mutual trust and sense of belonging. More importantly,it will promote the community from " strange neighborhood" into "acquaintance community ",and then realize the formation of community and improve the level of governance.
