摘要
通过以德国和日本培育工匠精神的关键时期为参照,从培育工匠精神的环境出发,对培育工匠精神的内在基础进行分析,认为培育工匠精神的内在基础为创新发展提供了支持,也为高职教育的发展指明了方向,明确高职学生过程创新的角色定位是高职创新发展的新方向,提出可分技术学习、技术选择、技术结合三个步骤培育精益求精的工匠精神,实现增品种、提品质、创品牌的目标。
Based on the researches of craftsmanship spirit in German and Japan, especially in transition period, this paper analyzed the internal foundation of craftsmanship spirit on prospective of history. It's found that the internal foundation of craftsmanship spirit not only provides support for the innovation, also pointed out a new direction of process innovation in higher vocational education from three aspects, technology learning, technology selection, and technology combination.
