大数据时代作为必然的发展趋势,社会的方方面面深受其影响,教育领域值得关注的是传统学习面临新的机遇与挑战。通过阐述大数据对传统学习的影响、高职学生个性化学习的困境,从而提出大数据给个性化学习带来的新机遇,并从高职学院资源库平台建设、师资队伍优化以及高职学生自身的素质提升三方面探索大数据视域下如何满足高职学生个性化学习,以此提出一些思路。

The big data era is an inevitable development trend. It influences on all aspects of society, especially deserves the attention that traditional learning faces new opportunities and challenges. Realizing the influence it has on the traditional learning, personalized learning difficulties, and new opportunities about big data era, and it depends on the repository platform construction of high vocational colleges, the optimization of teaching staff and the quality of higher vocational students improving three aspects to explore how to meet the students＇ personalized learning, then puts forward some thinking direction.
