摘要
传统生产线上安装螺丝的工人经常左手拿螺丝,右手拿电动螺丝刀进行操作,工作效率不高。为了提高工作效率,本装置设计了一个螺丝自动传送机构,当工人触发手上电动螺丝刀安装按钮时,螺丝在由单片机组成的控制系统操作下,自动从进料槽输送到电动螺丝刀头进行安装,这样既然能将工作效率提高一倍,又能保护安装工人的左手不会在误操作的情况下受伤。
The workers who install screws on traditional production lines often take screws with their left hand and operate with electric screwdriver in their right hand, which is inefficient. In order to improve the work efficiency, the device designed a screw automatic transmission mechanism. When the workers trigger the hands of the electric screwdriver to install the button, the screw in the control system composed of single-chip operation, automatically from the feed tank to the electric screwdriver to install, so that since the work efficiency can be doubled, but also to protect the left hand of the installation workers not being injured in the case of misuse.
