整体齿轮压缩机复杂系统临界负荷故障现象及机理研究 被引量:1

摘要 整体齿轮压缩机具有结构紧凑、效率高等特点,广泛应用在现代流程工业中。通过对实际生产中的一台整体齿轮压缩机监测,发现由于负荷调整而导致的共振现象,称为临界负荷故障。通过公式推导建立了支承刚度与临界转速之间的关系,并揭示了临界负荷故障机理。以某整体齿轮压缩机为研究对象,使用Dy Ro Bes软件建立了该压缩机齿轮系统模型、轴承系统模型以及转子系统模型,并对比分析了负荷对齿轮系统、轴承系统和转子系统的影响,计算获得了该压缩机3个输出轴负荷与临界转速的关系。通过对比3个输出轴的额定工作转速与模型计算结果发现:该压缩机3个输出轴在负荷调整过程中,均可能发生临界负荷故障,使用多项式拟合负荷与临界转速的关系,进而计算得到3个输出轴发生临界负荷故障现象时的负荷。 Integrally geared compressor is characterized by compact and high efficiency machines, which widely used in modern process industry. The critical load failure phenomenon was found in an integrally geared compressor monitoring process. The relationship between support stiffness and critical speed is established by formula deduction, and then integrally geared compressor critical load failure mechanism is revealed. To analyse the critical load failure mechanism, a five-axial integrally geared compressor is used as the research object. The gear transmission system model, support bearing system model and rotor system model of the compressor is built, and the impact of gear transmission system, support bearing system and rotor system caused by adjusted load are analyzed and compared. The relationship between load and critical speed is obtained by dynamics model. The results show some critical speed coincides with the rated speed will result in the critical load failure phenomenon when adjusting the compressor load. Using polynomial fitting, different compressor load and critical speed function is gained, and the compressor load is calculated when critical load failure occurs.
