摘要 带重负载启动问题一直困扰着研究者和使用者。针对宽铅带双辊连铸机带重负载启动问题,通过对复合轮系的研究,利用行星轮系和周转轮系转化关系,设计一种新型机械式可控软启动变速器;构建机械式可控软启动变速器数学模型,在理论模型的基础上,对变速器的磁流变制动器、行星架等关键结构进行了较为深入的研究。对变速器带负荷启动过程速度变化、转矩变化以及变速器启动过程功率消耗等关键技术进行了试验研究。试验研究证明所设计的新型机械式可控软启动变速器具有结构简单、软启动性能好、运行平稳可靠,较好地解决了宽铅带双辊连铸机重负荷启动过程扭矩大,难以启动的问题。同时所研发的变速器与传统变速器相比具有功率消耗低,功率消耗约为同类产品80%~85%,其节能效果明显,可较好地满足宽铅带双辊连铸机带重负载启动要求。 Heavy load start problems have been plagued by the researchers and users. Aiming at the problem of the heavy load starting of the twin-roll continuous casting machine with wide lead strip, a new type of mechanical controllable soft start transmission is designed, which are studied on the compound gear train and the conversion relation with planetary gear train and epicyclic gear train. The mathematical model of the controllable soft start transmission is built through the analysis of the transmission mechanism. The key structure of the magneto-rheological brake and the planet carrier are researched deeply based on above analysis. The key technologies of the speed changes, torque changes and power consumption during the starting process of the transmission are studied. The design of a new type of mechanical controllable soft start transmission is successful which have a simple structure, good soft start performance, stable and reliable operation from the experimental results. The large torque problem of the heavy load start process of the twin-roll continuous casting machine with wide lead strip is solved by the transmission. The power consumption of the motor which is required in designed transmission is about 15%-20% lower than the similar products. The transmission's energy saving effect is better compared with the similar products. In conclusion, the new type of mechanical controllable soft start transmission can meet the requirements of the twin-roll continuous casting machine with heavy load start.
