摘要
针对锂电池不一致性带来的电池容量不能充分利用的问题,该文设计了基于STM32+BQ76PL455A为核心的均衡管理系统。首先分析了电池不一致所带来的影响,并介绍了被动均衡的实现方式;其次介绍了该系统的硬件设计和软件设计;最后进行了电池电压检测精度试验和均衡试验。试验结果表明,该系统可有效实现串联电芯间的均衡。
In order to solve the problem that the battery capacity cannot be fully utilized,which caused by lithium battery inconsistency,this paper designed an balancing management system based on STM32+BQ76PL455A. Firstly, the influence of battery inconsistency is analyzed ,and the realization method of passive balancing is introduced. Secondly,the hardware and software design of the system are introduced. Finally,the battery voltage detection experiment and balancing experiment are carried out. The experimental results show that the system can effectively realize the balancing between tandem cells.
