摘要
为了提高工业余热吸收式制冷系统中温度的测量精度,该文提出一种提高Cu50热电阻温度传感器的校正测温方法,首先采用多点标定Cu50热电阻温度传感器测出的数据得出T-R特性关系并对此关系进行分段,然后利用最小二乘法拟合和拟合精度评估原理得出Cu50热电阻温度传感器的最佳校正方程。经试验验证,此校正方程与实测T-R特性关系的逼近度最高,进而提高了低温余热吸收式制冷系统的测温精度。
In order to improve industrial waste heat absorption cooling system measurement preeision,a calibration method of temperature measurement is proposed to improve the temperature sensor of the Cu50 thermal resistance. Using multi-point calibration of Cu50 thermal resistance temperature sensor measures the data of the T-R relationship characteristics,and this relationship is segmented. Then optimal correction equation of Cu50 thermal resistance temperature sensor is obtained using the principle of least squares fitting and accuracy evaluation. The experimental results show that this calibration equation has a high degree of approximation to the measured T-R characteristics, which improved the accuracy of the measurement of industrial waste heat absorption cooling system.
