摘要
针对沥青面层层间滑移病害,在介绍层间滑移特征的基础上,系统地分析滑移的原因,并对不同沥青面层层间抗剪性能进行检验。结果表明:环氧乳化沥青和高黏沥青基本能满足高速公路和一级公路抗剪强度要求,但SBS改性沥青不能满足高速公路和一级公路抗剪强度要求,极易产生层间滑移破坏;且沥青面层层间滑移受行车荷载、黏层材料性能、环境条件和施工质量等因素的影响。
To solve the cutting slippage between adjacent layers of asphalt pavement, the reasons for the failure were systematically analyzed based on the characteristics of the cutting slippage. The shear resistance between different asphalt pavement layers was tested. The results show that basically the epoxy emulsion asphalt and high viscosity asphalt meet expressway and first class highway's requirements of shear strength, but SBS modified asphalt, which is prone to cutting- slippage failure, does not; it is considered that the slip between adjacent layers is affected by such factors as vehicle load, properties of binder course materials, environmental conditions and construction quality.
