摘要
为了保证隧道声屏障清洗工作装置液压系统传动的合理性以及高效性,运用AMESim软件建立了工作装置液压系统的仿真模型,在清洗特定位置的工况下,进行液压系统动态仿真分析,得到了各液压缸的活塞位移、压力及流量变化曲线。仿真结果为该工作装置液压系统的设计提供有效的参数,同时为进一步的改进和优化提供参考。
In order to ensure the rationality and efficiency of hydraulic transmission of the working device of the tunnel and sound barrier cleaning vehicle, the simulation model of the hydraulic system of the working device was established by AMESim software. Under the condition of cleaning at a specific position, dynamic simulation of the hydraulic system was carried out, and the piston displacement, pressure and flow curve of each hydraulic cylinder were obtained. The simulation results put forward effective parameters for the design of the hydraulic system of the working device, and provide a reference for further improvement and optimization.
