Learn and Know the Deficiency:experience and thought of clinical research in the US

随着中国医疗事业的发展,临床研究越来越受到重视,因为中国有着丰富的临床研究资源,庞大的受试群体,如果能很好地利用这些资源,会大大提升中国的临床研究水平,但中国目前的临床研究与美国等国家完善的临床研究体系还具有一定的差距,国际上真正有影响力的临床研究文章较少,本文结合在美国贝勒医学院急诊科临床研究室学习交流的感受,在临床研究团队构成,受试者权益保护,多中心研究运作,临床科研设计流程等方面作简要阐述。

As the development of the medicine in China,people increasingly pay more attention on the clinical research.There are plenty of medical resources,subject groups.If we could take full advantage of these resources,the level of the clinical research of our country would be approved infinitely.There are still some gaps between our country and US in the clinical research study.China is not a leading country in clinical study.In this article,the authors introduce the team composition,protection of rights and interests of subject group,multicenter research operation,process of design of clinical research,etc.
