The paper expounds the necessity of the qualification management of plant pest identification,and analyzes the status. Some solutions of qualification management are proposed,including establishing species reference database,developing software systems,and docking with existing management systems.Also,the authors discuss the difficulties in the quality management,and put forward some suggestions.
