摘要
提出了一种新型的可调谐偏振光滤波器,通过在对称结构的一维光子晶体中引入电光晶体缺陷层,利用电光晶体的横向泡克尔斯效应实现对线偏振光的窄带调谐滤波,用传输矩阵法分析了这种滤波器的调谐特性,结果表明这种可调谐偏振滤波器具有结构简单、调谐方便、透射率高且透射峰半高宽度窄等突出优点.
The tunable filter was proposed based on one-dimensional photonic crystal with KD* P crystal defect. The tunable fil- tering was realized dynamically by the Poekles effect of KD * P crystal. The transmission spectrums were numerically calculated using the transfer matrix method. The results showed that the filter had good tunableness and advantages of simple structure, easy adjustment, and narrow pass band. The results implied that this filter had potential application for wavelength division mul- tiplexed and precision optical measurement.
