民族类高校科技期刊集群发展研究

Cluster development for sci-tech journals of universities for ethnic groups

分析了民族类高校科技期刊的发展现状和问题,不仅存在小、散、弱等现象,而且受到区域条件、地域观念、办刊理念、管理方式等因素的制约,发展明显滞后,影响力低.为了提升民族类高校科技期刊的影响力和竞争力,必须转变办刊理念,创新发展模式,突破区域限制,发挥民族特色,走集群化、集约化、规模化、特色化发展之路.

The development and existing problems of sci-tech journals of universities for ethnic groups are analyzed, and the fol- lowing problems are found：they are not only small-scaled, dispersed and not so influential, but also restricted by factors such as regional conception, management model. In order to improve their influence and competition ability, they ought to transform their guiding concept for running the journal, innovate the development model, break through regional restrictions, make good use of ethnic features, and take a path of cluster, intensive,large-scaled and featured development.
