电瓷烧成自动测控系统的设计

摘要 烧成是制造陶瓷最重要的工序之一。为了保证产品质量和成品率,在该工序中必须遵循特定的烧成制度。以单片机MSP430F149为核心,按照梭式窑电瓷烧成制度,设计了自动测控系统,通过在不同烧成阶段的变温跟踪控制、氧化或还原气氛控制和压力控制,实现了烧成过程的自动化。 Firing is one of the most important processes in manufacturing ceramic. In order to guarantee the quality and rate of finished products,specific firing rules must be followed in the process. In this paper,an automatic measurement and control system is designed according to the shuttle kiln electroceramics firing rules by using MSP430 F149 as MCU. The system realizes the automatic control of fire process through variable temperature tracking control,oxidizing or reducing atmosphere control and pressure control in the different firing stages.
