摘要
针对墙体内金属管、PVC管、通电线路的探测问题,选择了电容传感器、电磁涡流传感器、金属线圈传感器三种传感器并设计了相应的信号调理电路来对被测物体进行检测;另外还采用了安装正交激光测距仪的方案来获取传感器的位置信息。同时,为了完成对多路信息进行采集任务,设计了一套集中式数据采集系统来对测量的数据进行高效、实时地采集;最后,根据采集到的数据用文中设计的成像算法来进行成像。
Aiming at the detection problem of the metal cubes,PVC and circuits among the walls,this paper chooses three sensors which are capacitance sensor,eddy current sensor and metal coil sensor and designs a corresponding signal conditioning circuit to detect the objectives. It also obtains the position information of sensors by using the orthogonal laser range finder. Meanwhile,in order to accomplish the collection of the multiline message,it designs a centralized data collection system to efficiently measure the information in real time. Finally,it makes use of the imaging algorithm to make images in accordance with the collections.
