摘要
为了解决某些地空导弹控制舱环境试验性能测试和故障诊断问题,采用模块化设计的思想,设计开发了一套基于PCI总线的测试系统。硬件系统以工控机为主控制器,根据信号类型选取相应的PCI接口卡,并制作适配器处理采集响应信号和负载激励信号。软件系统使用分层的设计方法,将程序分为应用程序层、抽象数据层和驱动层,突出模块化和操作简便的特点。实际应用表明,该系统成功完成地空导弹控制舱环境测试的各种性能指标,提高测试效率,满足测试要求。
In order to solve the environmental performance test and fault diagnosis problem of certain missile control cabin,the idea of modular design is used to design and develop a test system based on the PCI bus. The hardware system adopts the industrial computer as the main controller,selects the corresponding PCI interface card according to the signal type,and makes the adapter to acquire and process the response signal and load excitation signal. The software system using a hierarchical design method divides the program into application layer,data layer and driver layer,highlighting the modular and simple operation. The practical application shows that the system has successfully completed various performance indicators of environment test of the missile control cabin,which improves test efficiency and meets the test requirements.
