摘要
为提高喷丝板吹干效率,解决吹干过程中噪声大的问题,设计了全自动喷丝板吹干机。基于FLUENT对吹干机工作时的气体流动情况进行模拟仿真,并对吹干机进行吹干效率验证试验,结果表明:相比人工吹干,喷丝板吹干机效率提高约1~1.5倍;同时,降低了吹干过程中产生的噪声,改善了工作环境。
In order to improve the spinneret drying efficiency and reduce the noise problems in the process of drying,the automatic spinneret drying machine was designed.Based on FLUENT,the gas flow in the drying machine was simulated and the drying efficiency test of the drying machine was carried out.The results showed that compared with the manual drying,the spinneret drying machine improved the efficiency by about 1 ~ 1.5 times.Meanwhile,the noise generated during the drying process reduced,and the working environment improved.
