肠外营养支持对老年晚期恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响

Effects of parenteral nutrition support on immune function and life quality of elderly patients with advanced malignant tumor

目的探讨肠外营养支持对老年晚期恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法老年晚期恶性肿瘤患者60例,随机均分为肠外营养组和单纯化疗组。两组均接受常规化疗,肠外营养组加以肠外静脉营养支持治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗3周后血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、T淋巴细胞亚群的变化、BMI和生活质量评分(QOL评分)。结果治疗3周后,肠外营养组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、CD3^+细胞、CD3^+/CD4^+细胞、CD4^+/CD8^+细胞、BMI和QOL评分均较治疗前和单纯化疗组升高(P<0.05)。结论肠外营养支持可以改善老年晚期恶性肿瘤化疗患者的免疫功能和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of parenteral nutrition support on the immune function and life quality in the elderly patients with advanced malignant tumor. Methods Sixty elderly patients with advanced malignant tumor were equally divided into two groups of A and B. The patients of two groups were given conventional chemotherapy. The patients of group A received additional parenteral nutrition support. The levels of hemoglobin, serum albumin and T lymphocyte subsets before and 3 weeks after treatment were compared between two groups. The BMI and quality of life （QOL） score were evaluated and compared as well. Results The levels of hemoglobin, albumin, CD3＋ cells,CD3＋/CD4＋ cells,CD4＋/CD8＋ cells,BMI and QOL score 3 weeks after treatment were higher in group A than those before and in group B（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The parenteral nutrition support is effective in improving the immune function and life quality in elderly patients with advanced malignant tumor undergoing chemotherapy.
