摘要
采用快速X射线衍射技术研究了垂直方向铝合金平板的浇注过程,目的是检验铸造铝合金与聚苯乙烯泡沫模型的界面反应.平板是利用反重力铸造技术从底部浇注系统浇注的.快速X射线衍射图谱表明,当浇注速度提高时,前进的金属前沿与指状凸出物的形成有关.在浇注过程中出现不稳定的金属前沿时,平板的抗拉强度明显下降.当光电管中的葡萄糖液被水银替代时,将发生类似的不稳定性.由经验推导的产生界面不稳定性所需的取代速度与公布的数学公式一致.
Vertical pouring process of aluminum ally plate was investigated by the use of a rapid XRD method for the purpose of examining interface reaction of aluminum casting alloy with foam polystyrene mold. The plate is poured through a bottom gating system by using counter-gravity technology. From the rapid XRD pattern it was showed that as casting speed increased a finger would form at the metal front. The advent of unstable metal front resulted in an appreciable decrease of tensile strength of the plate. If liquid glucose in photoelectric tube is replaced by mercury, the similar unstable thing will occur. The displacement speed required to create interface unstability derived from experience was accordant with mathematic formula published.
