对大件和中件造型用潮模砂的透气性进行了分析.探讨了潮模砂中水分和有效膨润土的含量、平均细度AFS以及含泥量等对型砂透气性的影响,并以此确定了合理的型砂配制参数.简要介绍了控制回用砂中芯砂块、水分以及微粉含量的措施.

The permeability of the green sand used for the large- and medium-sized castings was analyzed. The effects of contents of moisture, effective bentonite and clay in the green sand, average fineness on its permeability were discussed. In view of the above, reasonable parameters used in preparing molding sand were determined. The measures of controlling contents of core sand block, moisture and powder in reused sand were briefly introduced.
