:介绍了MES系统在铸造行业应用的必要性以及可行性.介绍了初期对MES需求的调研、系统的框架设计、相关系统间的边界设定、实施流程及方案设计等.实现产品数字化制造,可提高产品制造能力,缩短产品制造周期,降低制造成本.
The necessity and feasibility of the application of manufacturing execution system(MES) in foundry trade were systematically introduced. An initial investigation to requirement for MES, frame design of the MES, setting up of boundary between the relative systems, implementation flowsheet, and program design were described in detail. Digitization manufacturing of the product will make it possible to enhance making capacity, to shorten production cycle and to reduce production cost.
