经房间隔穿刺建立动静脉轨道行左心室心内膜起搏心脏再同步治疗一例
A case of atrial transseptal left ventricular lead implantation for cardiac resynchronization therapy using arteriovenous loop technique
摘要
患者女,66岁,活动后胸闷气促伴双下肢浮肿8年,加重2个月住复旦大学附属中山医院心内科.术前心电图示窦性心律,完全性左束支传导阻滞,QRS 时限172 ms.超声心动图示左心房扩大,伴左心室整体收缩功能减低(左心室射血分数28%).患者符合心脏再同步治疗(CRT)的 I 类适应证[1].
