甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮及中药宫外孕方三步序贯疗法治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效

Clinical effect of methotrexate and mifepristone and TCM ectopic pregnancy three-step sequential method in treating ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮及中药宫外孕方三步序贯疗法治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法选取上栗县中医院2010年6月—2016年6月收治的异位妊娠患者130例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组65例。对照组采用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用中药宫外孕方三步序贯疗法治疗,两组患者均持续治疗2周。比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮及中药宫外孕方三步序贯疗法治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效明显,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of methotrexate and mifepristone and TCM ectopic pregnancy three-step sequential method in treating ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 130 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected from June 2010 to June 2016 in Shangli County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,65 cases in each group. The control group was treated with methotrexate combined with mifepristone,and the observation group was given TCM ectopic pregnancy three-step sequential method on the basis of control group,both groups were treated for two weeks. The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The adverse reactions rate in the observation group was lower than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Methotrexate and mifepristone and ectopic pregnancy three-step sequential method have an obviously clinical effect in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy,and with high safety.
