恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical effect and the safety of entecavir combined with fuzheng huayu capsule in the treatment of decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis

目的探讨恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效。方法选取滨海县人民医院2015年10月—2016年10月收治的失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化患者40例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组患者采用恩替卡韦治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗,两组患者均持续治疗6个月。比较两组患者治疗前后肝功能(丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素、清蛋白)及生活质量评分,观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者肝功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素低于对照组,清蛋白高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者的肝功能,提高生活质量,且安全性高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and the safety of entecavir combined with fuzheng huayu capsule in the treatment of decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods A total of 40 cases of decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis patients were selected from October 2015 to October 2016 in Binhai People＇s Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,20 cases in each group. Control group was treated with entecavir,observation group was given fuzheng huayu capsule based on control group,both groups were treated for 6 months. The liver function（ alanine aminotransferase,AST,total bilirubin,albumin） before and after treatment,quality of life scores and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment,no statistically significant differences of alanine aminotransferase,AST,total bilirubin or albumin was found between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）; after treatment,the observation group of alanine aminotransferase,AST,total bilirubin were lower than control group,albumin was higher than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The quality of life scores of observation group were higher than control group（ P〈 0. 05）. No significant difference of the incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Entecavir combined with fuzheng huayu capsule have an exactly clinical effect in treating decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis,it can significantly improve the liver function of patients,promote the quality of life,and with higher safety.
