大岗山水电站临时承载索过江工艺改进

摘要 在大岗山水电站临时承载索过江过程中,由于往复绳相互缠绕,导向轮受力过大产生破裂,导致施放效率低下;同时临时承载索过江垂度较大,影响到下方建筑物安全。为此,对临时承载索过江结构和工艺进行改进,用提升牵引绳将临时承载索锁定于缆机小车的起升滑轮上,通过缆机小车和往复绳的配合,牵引临时承载索过江。实践表明,该技术减小了卷扬机、往复绳的受力以及临时承载索过江垂度,缩短了临时承载索施放时间,对提高水电工程缆机拆除作业的施工效能、降低安全风险具有参考价值。 After completion of Danggangshan Hydropower Project construction,the temporary river crossing cable was erected for the dismantle of construction cable cranes. In the dismantle of the cranes,due to the twisting of the twin temporary cables,the guide pulley was broken due to too large bearing and resulted in low efficiency. In addition,the cables sagged too much and influenced the safety of the structures below. For this reason,the river crossing structure of the temporary bearing cable and technology were improved,i. e,fixing the temporary cable on the pulley of the cable crane by the lifting rope and dragging the temporary bearing cable crossing the river through the cable crane car and the twin temporary cables. The practice showed that the technology reduced the bearing of windlass and the twin cables and the sag of the temporary river crossing cable,shortened the time of the temporary bearing cable winding,which has the reference for improving the the crane dismantle efficiency and reducing the safety risk.
