摘要 针对冲击性能试验中多路瞬态信号难以同时精确测量、对比分析的问题,以冲击刚度测量台为测试平台,以汽车门部件为测试对象,选择压力、位移、加速度传感器,提出了利用虚拟仪器平台和高速数据采集卡同步采集多路冲击信号,开发了虚拟仪器软件对冲击信号进行了采集,并对测量信号进行了抗干扰滤波处理,设计数据搜索算法获取了冲击力标志点,进行信号时域截断定位冲击突变点,计算了理论冲击位移。实现了冲击位移、冲击力和冲击加速度多路瞬态信号的快速捕捉、冲击力突变点和峰值点的定位,完成了冲击实际位移与理论位移的对比。研究结果表明:利用该方法能够精确测量冲击发生时刻,确定相应的冲击力、位移和加速度参数,实现门部件冲击性能的比较和筛选。 Aiming at the problem that the multi-channel transient signal is difficult to be measured and compared accurately at the same time in the impact performance test,the impact rigidity measurement station was used as the test platform,and the automobile door parts were used as the test objects.The pressure,displacement and acceleration sensor were selected.The virtual instrument platform and the highspeed data acquisition card synchronously collect the multi-impact impact signal.The virtual instrument software was developed to collect the shock signal,and the measurement signal was subjected to anti-interference filtering.The data search algorithm was designed to obtain the impact sign.The signal time domain truncated positioning shock point was carried on.The theoretical impact displacement was calculated.The impact displacement,the impact force and the acceleration of the multi-channel transient signal fast capture was achieved.The location of the impact point and the peak point was achieved.The comparison between actual displacement of the impact and theoretical displacement was achieved.The results indicate that the method can accurately measure the impact time,determine the corresponding impact force,displacement and acceleration parameters,and realize the comparison and screening of the impact performance of the door parts.
