Four Ways to Promote the Academic Quality and Impact of Chinese Scientific Journals

针对中文科技期刊目前存在的一些问题,诸如编委队伍名誉化、审稿专家库更新落后于科学研究的发展步伐、在"互联网+"时代下的学术期刊传播途径优化以及传统编辑向全能型的新时期编辑的转型问题等,文章分析了存在的问题和困难,并提出了相应的应对策略,包括实现"科学家办刊"、建立优质的审稿专家队伍、恰当地运用新媒体技术和培养新时期的全能型编辑,为激烈竞争中的中国科技期刊提升学术质量和影响力提供新的思路。

There are many problems impeding the development of Chinese scientific journals, such as inaction of editorial board member, peer-review experts system lagging behind the development of science and technology, unoptimized route of transmission in the ＂ Internet ＋＂ era, and the transformation of new editos from traditional editor. This paper analyzed the problems and difficulties, and brought forward some corresponding strategies including regarding scientiss as actual conductor, building high-level academic reviewes, widely using web servics and platforms,and training modern academis editors, so as to provide new ways to promote the academic quality and the influence of Chinese scientific journals.
