摘要
在深入分析目前湖北油菜种植业生产发展现状与问题基础上,探讨了基于"三网融合"的油菜信息服务模式内涵、特征与保障机制。
Based on the depth analysis of the present development of rape planting and problems in Hubei, the connotation,features and guarantee mechanism of the information service mode of Hubei rape planting industry based on three networks are discussed.
