Information Service Mode Innovation of University Library based on User Information Behavior in Network Environment

随着中国信息技术的迅猛发展,网络已经成为信息用户学习、生活、工作的必需品。通过研究用户在满足自身信息需求时产生的信息行为,进而探讨图书馆为满足用户信息行为可采取的措施来激励读者更多的利用图书馆的服务和资源。

With the rapid development of information technology in China, Internet has become a necessity for information users to study, live and work. This paper studied user behavior in meeting their own information needs, and then explored the measures of library to meeting users＇ information behavior for the sake of encouraging readers to make more use of library service and resource.
