信息化背景下高校图书馆智能服务模式的构建探究

Research on the Construction of Intelligent Service mode of University Library under the Background of Informationization

对高校图书馆信息化服务需求进行分析,结合高校图书馆信息化服务建设中的数字建设、学科服务建设及信息运用问题提出四项优化措施,即构建自助借阅服务模式、精确检索服务模式、资源联盟服务模式、个性化服务模式,望为高校图书馆服务工作的开展提供一定的参考。

This paper analyzed the demands for information service in university library, and proposed four optimization measures, namely constructing self checkout service mode, accurate retrieval service mode, resource alliance service model, personalized service model by combining with the digital construction, discipline service construction and information using problems in university library＇s information service construction, so as to provide a reference for university library service.
