This paper takes science and technology incubation funds of Jiangsu Provincial High ＆ New Technology Innovation Centre as an example to introduce the establishment background, operation mode and investment examples and carries out an in-depth study into the role of science and technology incubation funds playing in business incubators. It also summarizes the capital operation experience, which will provide reference to the new financing services of business incubators.
