摘要
金刚砂耐磨地坪具有表面耐磨、面层硬度高、经济适用、无尘洁净等优点,在工业厂房中得到较多的应用和推广。森源电动汽车产业园项目超大面积金刚砂耐磨地坪的施工,通过采用理论指导和先进工艺相结合的方式,取得了良好的效果。通过理论计算合理确定施工缝间距,控制混凝土裂缝,有效避免了裂缝的产生;施工过程中采用先进施工工艺,严格控制施工质量,标高控制和平整度控制取得了良好的效果。

The construction of the large area of emery wear-resisting flooring in SENYUAN electric vehicle industrial park project adopts the method of combining theoretical guidance with advanced technology, and good results have been achieved. Through theoretical calculation, it is possible to determine construction joint spacing, and prevent the crack formation. The construction process adopts advanced construction technique, and strictly controls construction quality. The elevation control and the smoothness control of this proj ect have achieved good results.
