天津市承担国家科技计划情况统计分析

Statistical Analysis of the National Technology Plan in Tianjin

国家新制定的科技计划体系由5类科技计划组成,有各自的支持重点和各具特色的管理方式。从2017年起,国家科技计划体系将全面按照优化整合后的5类科技计划运行。以"国家重大科技专项"为重点,分析自2008年"国家重大科技专项"建立以来至今,天津市承担项目的数量及获得中央财政经费支持的情况。新药创制、水体污染治理、数控机床等领域承担课题数量最多,共有95项,占天津市承担课题总数的78.5%,;油气开发、新药创制、水体污染治理等领域获得中央财政经费支持最多。

The new technology plan system is constituted by five parts, in which each part has the emphasis to support and has the unique way to manage and supplement to the other at the same time. Since 2017, five parts of the technology plan has run in an optimized and integrated way. This paper takes the National Science and Technology Major Project as an example to analyze the amount of the project in Tianjin and the financial support level by the central finance since the establishment of the project in 2008.
